Personal Integration Assessment
“You can do anything – you just can’t do everything” -David Allen
Well, I don’t know about you, but I still try to do more than I can reasonably accomplish, and then I find I need to have a periodic conversation with myself about realistic expectations, “stacked” commitments, and somehow enjoying the ride as I navigate the complex terrain of work and life.
What if there was a process where you could focus on what truly matters to you? What would it feel like to have a reasonable sense that your priorities were mapped out? Would you experience greater ease and satisfaction if your “lovable chaos” was somehow more aligned with your time and energy?
The Personal Integration Assessment is a new tool that goes beyond day planners, personal visioning, or pop psychology personality assessments. By taking a look at both internal and external vectors of who you are and what you do, the end result becomes an ongoing methodology to track your requirements, interests, and possibilities. Using a spirit of self-compassion, you can examine where you are currently engaged, where you would like to be more engaged, and areas where setting good boundaries would be beneficial.
The Personal Integration Assessment uses six vectors, each with four components and four self-ranked statements in each component, for a total of ninety-six perceptions about where you’re at and where you want to go. This exercise presents options for going deeper into a particular category through a library of resources, online webinars, and/or customized coaching.
This process of self-discovery, helpful prioritization, and recommitting can provide more meaning and fulfillment however your path unfolds.
In this model, there are three areas of examination and focus that encompass our sense of self – referred to as “Internal” – and three “External” elements that point towards our engagement in the world. Each of the six vectors has four components. While this model is by no means exhaustive, the goal is to balance a holistic view of who we are and what we do with the process of revisioning and refocusing our learning, growth, and development.

Warm wishes as you embark on this continuing journey of you!
The Six Vectors:
The Personal Integration Assessment – What’s Next?
While these options are still in the development stage, and will be further refined based on feedback from the beta testing of the assessment, our current plans include:
Self-Directed Discovery: By providing open-ended questions on the six vectors and corresponding twenty-four elements, participants can move through the results of the assessment to gain further awareness and create their own action plans.
Peer Pods: Groups of six to eight like-minded (and like-hearted) seekers will be convened monthly, using a proven format, for eight sessions, collaborating to form a container of trust and appropriate vulnerability to explore their growth over time. The Pods may choose to continue after the eight months on their own.
Experiential Explorations: Open sessions for those who have completed the assessment will be scheduled on a rolling basis, with each session featuring an in-depth look at one of the twenty-four elements. While some content will be provided to jump-start the session, the goal is to bring our lived experience into these constructs, which will give us an opportunity to support each other and compassionately challenge ourselves and the group.
Pricing, enrollment process, and parameters for participation will be coming soon!
